- hardware-related information, including product descriptions, serial numbers, configuration details, inspection requests, shipment details, and supporting documentation;
- identity verification, business verification, or compliance information you choose or are required to provide;
- mobile phone number and the content of SMS or MMS messages if you contact us by text message; and
- any other information you submit through forms, uploads, messages, or emails.
When you use the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect certain information, such as:

- detect, investigate, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, security incidents, and other harmful or unlawful activity;
- comply with legal, regulatory, contractual, and compliance obligations, including export controls, sanctions screening, and recordkeeping requirements;
- personalize and improve user experience;
- perform analytics, troubleshooting, debugging, and quality assurance;

A. With Other Users and Transaction Participants

For example, we may disclose names, company details, shipping contacts, transaction details, Hardware details, serial numbers, inspection artifacts, and related communications where reasonably necessary for a transaction or related service.
B. With Service Providers and Contractors
We may disclose personal information to vendors, service providers, and contractors that perform services on our behalf, such as hosting, analytics, communications, identity verification, compliance screening, customer support, shipping coordination, inspection coordination, and security services.
These providers may process mobile phone numbers or message content solely to enable messaging or related support services on our behalf. They may not use your mobile information or SMS opt-in data for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
